It is not only special occasion dresses that need protection against receipted return fraud or return policy abuse.
Being mindful of garments worn for weddings, interviews, #OOTD Instagram posts, dinner dates, and family photos will go a long way to protecting merchandise from wardrobing, wear and return fraud, tag tucking, and tag switches. Counterfeit product switches, especially for jeans, are also flagged as high-risk in e-commerce.
Pay special attention to resale or preowned clothing which has no original tags and existing signs of wear.
